Refunds and cancellation

Nothing is charged today

PDF Desk is free. There is no subscription, no one-off fee, no account, and no payment method is collected. There is therefore nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

If paid features are added later

Should any part of the service become paid, this page will be updated before the first payment is taken, and it will state plainly:

• what is being charged for, and how often;
• how to cancel, which will always be possible from inside the product;
• the refund window, and how to ask.

The intention is a full refund on request within seven days of a first purchase, returned to the original payment method within five to seven working days of approval.
