Merge PDF files into one, without uploading them
Put several PDFs, and photos or scans, together into one file, in the order you want. Everything happens in your browser, so documents like ID proofs and statements are never sent anywhere.
Free. No account. Files are opened inside your browser and never uploaded.
How to merge PDFs
- Click Choose the files to merge above, then the big button on the page that opens, and select all of them at once (hold Ctrl, or Cmd on a Mac, to pick several). JPG and PNG photos become pages too.
- To add more later, use Add files. New pages go after the page you have selected, or at the end.
- Put the pages in order in the Pages panel: drag them with a mouse, or select pages and use the ↑ and ↓ buttons, which also work on a phone. Rotate, duplicate or delete pages there, or insert a blank one.
- Click Download to save one combined PDF.
Useful for
- KYC and application uploads that accept a single file: ID proof, address proof and photo together.
- Several months of bank statements before a loan or visa application.
- Photos of a paper form taken on your phone, turned into one PDF.
If a portal limits the file size, Compress in the same app shrinks the merged file. To go the other way, Split pulls pages or ranges out into separate files.
Limits
- No page or file limit is set by PDF Desk. Very large files are limited only by your device's memory, since everything happens on it.
- Password-protected PDFs open once you enter the password. The merged copy is saved without a password.
